GNSFU has released the Official Notification for the recruitment of Various posts. The GNSFU Recruitment 2025 Notification was released on April 2025, and the Online Application process will be open from 25 February 2025 to 26 March 2025.

GNSFU Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Director of information technology (Class 1)

Essential Qualifications:

l) First Class at Bachelor degree
2) Master’s degree in Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Computer Science / Agricultural Information Technology / Computer Application and
3) Ph.D. in any of above subjects

Experience: Eight years’ experience in Teaching, Industry, Research, networking, programming at the level of Assistant Professor or its equivalent pay.

Assistant Registrar (Class 2)

Essential Qualifications:

1) Atleast Bachelor degree holder in any discipline with not less than 55%o marks.
2) Master degree with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of ‘B’ in the UGC 7 point scale along with a good academic record as laid down by UGC.
Desirable: (l) Two years post graduate degree/diploma in MBA is desirable.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC+ of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Planning officer (Class 2)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Class-ll Bachelor’s degree of a recognised university in Agril. Faculty.
2) A Master’s degree in field of the Agril. Faculty with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade.
3) Ph.D. in any field of Agricultural Faculty.
4) Total five years of experience as Assistant Professor, out of which three years must be in the field of Planning, Monitoring and Project Evaluation.
5) Passed the Examination of CCC+ of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Account officer (Class 2)

Essential Qualifications:

1) Candidate must be a graduate in commerce and chartered accountant having experience in supervisory capacity of at least five years in maintenance of accounts in Government / Government undertaking / Limited Company.

Assistant Administrative Officer (Class 2)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Candidate must be a graduate in commerce and chartered accountant having experience in supervisory capacity of atleast five years in maintenance of accounts in Government / Government undertaking / Limited Company.

Senior Research Assistant/ Agricultural Officer (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

1) At least First class Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture faculty.

OR

l) A second class master’s degree in any subject of Agriculture/ Horticulture faculty.
2) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Junior Clerk (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Candidate should have passed graduate in any discipline.
2) Should possess the speed in Gujarati typing 25 words per minutes

OR

2) English Typing 40 words per minute.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Veterinary Officer (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) The candidate should have passed the Second-Class B.V.Sc. and A.H. degree or its equivalent degree in Second Class.
2) The candidate should be the Member of State Veterinary Council OR Veterinary Council of India.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Field Assistant/ Agricultural Assistant (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

1) Two / three years diploma course in Agricultural/Horticulture in concemed discipline/faculty.
2) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Junior Engineer (Civil) (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) A second class Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering of a recognised University.
2) At least Two years’ experience in estimate, quantity and supervision of building.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Preferable: 4) Master Degree will be preferable

Junior Engineering (Electrical) (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Candidate have possess a Second Class Bachelor ‘s degree in acElectrical Engineering of a recognised University.
2) At least two years’ experience in estimation and execution of elecffical work.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time, If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.
Preferable: 4) Master Degree will be preferable

Stenographer Grade-lll (English) (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Candidate must possess a B.A. / B.Com. / B.Sc. Degree from the recognized University.
2) Should have the speed of not less than 80 words per minute in short hand and 40 words per minute in English typewriting.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Laboratory Technician (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Second class bachelor’s degree in Agri.Biotech/ Agrimicrobiology/ Microbiology/ Chemistry/ Bio chemistry/ Home Science/ Nutrition/ Food Processing Technology as the case may be.
2) He should have received haining as Laboratory Technician at an lnstitution recognised by the Government.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.

Laboratory Assistant (Class 3)

Essential Qualifications:

l) Second class bachelor’s degree in Agri’Biotech/ Agrimicrobiology/ Microbiology/ Chemistry/ Bio chemistry/ Home Science/ Nutrition/ Food Processing Technology as the case may be.
2) He should have received ffaining as Laboratory Technician at an Institution recognised by the Government.
3) Passed the Examination of CCC of DOEACC or of the equivalent level examination determined by the State Government from time to time. If not, should pass the examination within the probation period.
